Dallas-based Lantower Residential announces the acquisition of Lantower Legacy Lakes, a 301-unit community located near the Sam Rayburn Tollway in north Dallas. The community, built in 2016 by Alliance Residential, features modern one-, two-, and three- bedroom floorplans. Interior amenities include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, chef's islands in everyfloorplan, and 14-foot ceilings in select units.
