Dallas-based Lantower Residential announces the acquisition of Lantower Asturia, a 322-unit community in north Tampa, Florida. Built in 2017, the property is located within Asturia (a Hines master-planned community). The location is characterized by an affluent renter profile with an average household income of nearly $105,000 within a 3-mile radius and an "A" rated public school district. Interior amenities feature granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, crown molding, USB outlets, wood-style floors, tile backsplash, and screened balconies or patios. Residents enjoy modern community amenities including a zero-entry saltwater pool, elevator-serviced buildings, an outdoor lounge area with fire pit and grills, package lockers, fitness center with a CrossFit box and spin bikes, and a virtual PGA golf simulator.
